Under supervision of the Anesthesiologist, the CRNA will induce anesthesia on patients of all ages. The CRNA will also monitor life support functions during perioperative procedures. The CRNA must have a currently licensed as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist in the state of California. The full time CRNA will be one of six providers sharing call responsibilities. The caseloads include general surgery, OB/ GYN, Orthopedics, urology, ENT, podiatry, Endo/ GI, dental, ophthalmology. Regional anesthesia techniques required include, subarachnoid, epidurals, peripheral nerve blocks. Ultrasound guided vascular access skills required.
